Biphasic Infusion

I absolutely LOVE this product and have been using it for a couple of years. I don’t think there’s any other product like it on the market! But what’s the deal with the new packaging? It used to have a great pump that pumped exactly the right amount. Now there is no pump at all and I can’t figure out if I’m supposed to remove the plug on top and have a huge gaping hole or pop a hole in the plug to dispense the product or what ? Why did you change such a great bottle/pump in the first place and then not even give some instructions on how to use it ? PLEASE GO BSCK YO THE PUMP !!

I’ve been using the biphasic infusion for a while now and absolutely love the formula. It leaves my hair soft, shiny, and frizz-free without feeling greasy or heavy. It’s one of the few products that consistently delivers visible results, and it’s become a staple in my hair care routine.

However, I’m really disappointed with the new packaging. While I appreciate the attempt to update the design, the new bottle is poorly designed and not functional. The top dispenser doesn’t dispense the product properly, often getting stuck or leaking, which makes using it frustrating and wasteful. It’s a shame because the product itself is still fantastic.

I hope the brand reconsiders the new packaging or offers an improved version or back to the regular pump dispenser. Until then, I’ll keep using the serum—despite the inconvenience—because it truly works. But the packaging is definitely a step backward.

Love how it makes my hair feel.

I love Pai Shau products and have been using them for a long time now. My only complaint is the new packaging for Bifasic Infusion.. It’s not at all user friendly. Worst packaging I’ve ever seen so please go back to the pump bottle

This product is perfect for pre-drying applications and after drying applications. It makes flyaway hair calm and manageable while adding shine!

Love these products. Hair looks healthy and smooth.

I use the biphasic infusion every time after I shower. It smells great and my hair has a beautiful shine which I get many compliments on. I highly recommend this for your hair regimen.
