Molded

I've been using pai-shau products for years and was excited to try the molded product. I ordered it an a large order of other products I use but when the shipment arrived it was missing. Tried contacting customer service multiple times and received no response. I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering from this company again.

I really wanted this to be a good product for my short styled hair. I always rely on reviews for purchases but seldom leave a review but I am really disappointed with this product. I have tried using it many times, tried reworking my style etc but I find it very drying, and heavy with no hold or style defining properties. I purchased a couple of different Pai-shau products for the 1st time but sad to say I will not be back.

I am still trying to get the hang of this paste… but so far so good. I am happy with my purchase and with the brand.

I love this product! I’m able to shape and control my hair style. It is so easy to use and quick too!
