I had not bought your volume spray for a few years because I could not find a business near me where it was sold. I discovered it on vacation a while back and loved it. But what I just purchased wasn’t the same. Have you changed formulas? What I had was in a gold spray bottle with purple pump. I just now bought 2 bottles and wondered if you accept returns for a refund? This product no longer worked on my hair. Thanks

We are very disappointed in the new product packing.. it looks very cheap for an expensive product. It looks like Paul Mitchell.. actually had a client ask if we started carrying P.M.!?!
Considering sending it all back.
